and our staff.

  Our beginnings. In 1998, a group of executives founded our firm. With an entirely new concept, they attracted other experienced professionals. The collective wisdom they possess from managing tens of thousands of successful searches is considerable. Today, with over $30 million invested in technology, ITS makes available a new type of service... backed by the world's most extensive marketing resources.

  We have served both corporations and individuals. Originally the firm focused on servicing firms as Cendant, Citigroup, Eaton, Ingersoll, Kellogg, Novartis and many others. Eight years ago, we moved beyond outplacement into "personal marketing." Today, while corporations sponsor our service each month, our private practice is by far the major part of our business.

  Our service is technology based. Our technology allows our Job Market Access Center subsidiary (JMAC) to connect clients to the job market--and the openings, leads, and contacts they require. Our EMS subsidiary uses technology and world-class databases to place people's credentials with growth firms, key employers, recruiters and venture capitalists. We also use technology to assess people's marketability in comparison to others... and to determine each person's best industry options... and more.

  Our locations. Our world headquarters are in Denver, Colorado, where we maintain an extraordinary depth of staff. Anyone interested in the firm is also invited to visit with us to tour our operations and meet with staff members. Our regional centers are throughout the U.S. However, most of our worldwide clients use our services without a need to visit our offices.

  Our people... and ownership of the firm. Our staff of about 400 includes professionals from many disciplines... former CEOs, CFOs, IT managers, military officers, attorneys, educators, HR professionals, former sales and marketing executives and others. The firm is privately owned by over 50 employee shareholders. We also provide the strongest guarantees in our field. ITS is an accredited member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
